A breast lift, also known as mastoplexy, is a popular surgery that raises sagging breasts by removing excess skin and tightening the surrounding tissue. Breast lifts are often combined with breast enhancement surgery to attain optimal benefits and the most flattering results. During your personal consultation, we will help you determine whether a combination of procedures is ideal for you.
Breast lift surgery can help:
Raise sagging breasts

Yes. Not only are breast lifts considered safe, but they are also rapidly gaining in popularity. Since 2000, breast lifts have increased by 70%, outpacing breast implants 2-to-1, according to the American Society of Plastic Surgeons.
We recommend taking a week off from work following your surgery. You will also need to avoid strenuous exercise or heavy lifting for two weeks. We will dress you with a special bra to help minimize swelling and support your breasts as they heal. A small tube may also be temporarily inserted to help drain excess fluids that may collect following your surgery. Keep in mind that it can take months for swelling to fully subside.
If you are physically healthy, don’t smoke and maintain a stable weight, a breast lift may be an option. Other factors to consider are the shape of your breasts. You may be an ideal candidate for a breast lift if your breasts have a flatter, elongated or pendulous shape. You may also benefit from a breast lift if one breast is lower than the other, your nipples or areolas point downward, or if your nipples fall below the breast crease when unsupported.
